Based on the job specs and a call with the Head to whom the position will report to we chart out the key skill, attitude & aptitude required for the job. We initially start our search for candidates based on our own database, competitor companies, job portals, Referrals and other avenues at our disposal.
Attract:
Once key candidates are identified we approach the candidate & attract him towards the potential job which will enhance his career growth. We try to understand his wants & desires as regards to his next career goal and match it to our clients job opportunity.
Engage:
We keep the shortlisted candidates engaged whilst resolving all his queries, doubts as regards to the career growth with the client company. We keep the candidate engaged till his joining.

Mr Suresh Suvarna & Mr Mahendra Barde.
Mr Suresh Suvarna has over 19 years of recruitment experience. A engineering graduate in the field of Electronics and Communications, he started his career in a sales role targeting high end corporate for VSAT and Email solutions. Later on he was into IT sales handling government sector .
Moved into recruitment in the year 1999. He has managed recruitment for diverse industries and has assisted overseas companies to recruit manpower from India.
